"Nauka i Tekhnica" (NiT) literally means "Science and Engineering/Technology". Mission: To rehabilitate creative potential. To popularize scientific achievements and advanced technologies. To promote wider use of researches for multifunctional educational programmes. Goals and Objectives: To introduce and develop measures in activating up-to-date mechanisms to solving functional problems of branch and interbranch characters in science engineering. To maintain searching, assembling in word processing. To systematize, preserve and propagate scientific and technical as well as reference and encyclopaedic data. To cooperate with foreign experts in the field of scientific and engineering activity. To improve technology of preparation of electronic publications. To develop integrated electronic means of communications, and preserve basic documents which retain historical and scientific value. To organize free access and placing in the WEB popular scientific, educational, methodical works containing systematized and actual information. To engage experts for preparing issues subject to scientific and knowledge themes to be of netizens' high demands and expectations. Electronic library "Nauka i Tekhnica" (Science and Engineering). Unique on information density and completeness a source of the elected scientific, technical and popular scientific information. The electronic versions of the rare books, articles (scientific hypotheses, history of a science and engineering, scientific entertainments), biographies of the Nobel winners, magazine "Sumbur", Analytical centre, competitions. The electronic library fund is present by sections: "Current publications" (popular scientific articles), "Nobel winners" (biographic articles); "Rarity editions" (electronic versions of the rare books); "Information edition" (series of our books).
